Many of our merchandise items are made especially for you once your order is placed. Producing

items on demand helps us reduce excess inventory and overproduction while allowing us to offer

unique merchandise to our customers.

Because our merchandise is produced on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for

sizing, color selection, change of mind, or other personal preferences. Please review product

descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise. If you receive an item that is defective,

damaged, or has a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your

order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the

defect or damage so that we can review your request.

Once your return is approved, the defective item must be returned according to the instructions

provided by our customer service team. Approved defective merchandise may be replaced or

issued store credit, as applicable.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Approved defective or damaged merchandise must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Requests submitted after the 30-day period may not be eligible for replacement or store credit.
